This record is that of my g-great grandfather, Thomas D. Martin. He first served in the civil war with an Arkansas unit and later served in Fistoe's regiment. I have his original parole document which allowed him to come home after the end of the war. Although he served in Fistoe's Regiment, he lived in Izard (now Baxter) county, Arkansas at the time of service.
